Hutspot Tips | Easter weekend

Not in the mood for stressful preparations this year? We have selected some Easter tips in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Rotterdam and Utrecht to help you avoid the dishes! Happy Easter!

Op Het Dak – Rotterdam

The terrace overlooks a magnificent garden where the staff grows their own vegetables and herbs, bringing you the best from local farmers and producers in the region.

De Snorfabriek – Utrecht
This old building used to be a storage for the Dutch national railway company. It was recently transformed into an inspiring creative hub where you can enjoy coffee, food, art and do a bit of shopping. On Sunday the 16th, ‘De Snorfabriek’ in Utrecht will host an Easter Brunch.

Inside the warehouse you can find the ‘Tuinkas’. Here, you can enjoy a special Easter Brunch organized together with wine bar Vive Le Vin. Cava for everyone!

Onder de Leidingstraat – Eindhoven
Everything is freshly made at Onder de Leidingstraat in Eindhoven. You can enjoy one of their homemade dishes inside or on the terrace, or order some take-out if you prefer a cosy Easter at home.

While you are waiting, make sure to take a look inside their mini-supermarket. Here you can find cooking equipment and beautiful cooking books for some extra inspiration.

Amsterdam Roest Easter market – Amsterdam
Amsterdam Roest is a unique place with lots of character. The Koud Gas Gebouw was transformed into a cafe/bar many years ago, but is still continuing to give us amazing summer evenings. Alongside it being a unique cafe, it is also a creative haven for film, theater and music lovers.

On Sunday, they will host an Easter market filled with stalls selling little bites and drinks, but also clothing and small tidbits. Whilst your visiting, keep a close eye on your surroundings because you may spot an Easter egg!
